The standard package for upto 5 hour streaming is 25,000 INR. 5 hours will be more than sufficient to cover a regular wedding.
No. At SeeMyMarriage we follow a strict no bargain policy. It saves us a lot of time and we can actually concentrate on delivering a good service.
If the venue of both the slots are same, you can split the slot within a 12 hour time frame between the slots. No extra charges will be incurred for this. But if you want to split the slots across two days then, 2000 INR additional charges would be incurred to split the slot.
When there is no activity on the stage / venue you can ask the technician to stop the broadcast. 2-3 short breaks can be accommodated. The break time is not be considered, counted in the total broadcast time.
Once the service has been delivered, that is, once the webcast has been executed at the venue, there will be no refund. If you cancel the booking 15 days before the webcast date then you will be eligible for 100% refund. If you cancel the broadcast a week before the webcast date you will be eligible for 50% refund. You cannot cancel the webcast when you have less than seven days to go for the webcast.
The recorded feed of the video will be available immediately after the webcast. You can find it in the Archives Section of your ‘live streaming link’. If your package includes complimentary HD recorded feed , then it will take upto 3 months of time for the archives to get updated with recorded video feed.
Any issue with the webcasting quality has to be updated immediately to our team within two days from the date of the webcast. If no update is received in two days, then your order will be marked completed. And no further escalations can be entertained.
4-5 seconds time lag will be there and it may vary depending on the bandwidth of the user. This lag is very common in the broadcast industry.
Our servers are located at strategic locations across the world. Depending on the area of the viewer the live stream from the nearest server would be connected. Therefore 99.9% of the times there will be no buffering at all.
At SeeMyMarriage use HD cameras and HD encoders but the end quality will depend on the signal strength, bandwidth availability at the venue location/city. We can commit to deliver a SD to DVD quality video in the live stream. Given our experience handling live webcasts over the past decade, this is a realistic guess. While HD quality is possible at times, we cannot really commit for a HD stream. As already mentioned, it depends on a lot of factors like bandwidth and ping time. But with an experience of broadcasting over 10,000 weddings we can assure you that we will do our best to deliver the best quality feed at the location.
Two persons will be assigned to the live stream. One network technician who will be coming to the venue. Another support staff at our office who will be continuosly monitoring your event all during the live stream.
Everything end to end will be taken care of from our end. The required things like power outlet and other miscellaneous things will be coordinated with the venue support staff.
There is no limit on the number of viewers viewing the event. And as we us our own servers, the quality will be maintained even if the no of users increase.
Once you place the order and fill the event details, a mail with the live links will be sent to the billing email almost immediately.

The booking should be done atleast two weeks before the event date.
Technician will arrive 1 hour before the broadcast start time and setup the equipment.
The event will be instantly archived and it can be viewed using the live access link.
Video will be archived for 1 year. It can be extended as per the requirement of the customer.
Edited downloadable links will be provided within 5-6 weeks of the broadcast date to the registered email id.
No. DVD’s will not be given.

Once you fill this form, live links will be generated immediately.
The remaining payment should be made to our live streaming technician at the venue itself.
