As a part of the schedule, we regularly review the performance of all the products and notify you when you are off-targeted. This review process is designed to improve the quality of product and to convert a lead into a successful order.

In most of these cases, we contact you and ask for major improvements like 1. Producing more content, 2. Changes to the existing video style 3. Change in pricing.

But from now onwards to increase the no. of conversions, we are making some major changes in the functioning of the marketplace.

1. Introduction of Automation Process:

Now the sellers can submit their projects for the automation segment of SeeMyMarriage. User submits the wedding data and the video is automatically sent to the customer without any manual intervention. A few sellers have already been on-boarded on the automation platform. Commissions – Commissions in this category will be 60% for SeeMyMarriage and 40% for the sellers.

Type of Videos – Simple save the date animations targeting the US and UK customers will be effective and fast moving.

2. Changes in Pricing of the Products as per Video Standard:

Apart from the product description and customization, mostly pricing of the product plays an important role in a successful order. Many other vendors are selling similar products at effective costs. From the customer’s perspective to pick your product, you must offer your product at a great price with an appropriate delivery time. This will make the customer feel that they have made a valuable purchase.

Till now, we have requested you to decide the product pricing on your own. But in order to make it an even playing field for all sellers, the pricing from now on will be decided as per the standard of the video by our Quality review team.

For the existing products, which have had no sales till this date, we will revise the pricing as per the current market price for that specific video. This will continue for first 2-3 orders. If you feel that the revised pricing is okay we will continue with the revised pricing. Or else, you can ask the team to revert to the old price.

3. Major Changes in Commission fee:

In the next months the marketplace commission will be revised to 50%. Under this, the effective payable amount to SeeMyMarriage store will be 50% and is applicable on all seller fee and charges.
