Order Process
- This product is a personalized ‘Downloadable Video File’ customized as per your details.
- Once you place the order using ‘Pay and Customize’ button, a customization link will be sent to you in email.
- You need fill the details in the form given in the customization link.
- First video proof / draft will be sent in 2 days. If there is an urgent requirement, use ‘1 Day’ or ‘2 Business Hour’ option at checkout.
- 2 free video revisions are included in the price. Any mistake from our end is not counted as a revision.
- Revisions will take up to 1 business day.
- Final video will be emailed within 24 business hours, only after your approval / finalization.
- Additional changes to the video can be made. For ex Audio change, additional text customization, adding extra slides etc. Use the ‘Add On’ options at checkout.
- The final video will not have the center watermark and the white patch at the bottom of the video. However “SeeMyMarriage.com” logo will be there at the top right corner of the video. To remove the logo, please use the “logo removal” options in the above product options.
