SeeMyMarriage’s ROLE IS THAT OF AN INTERMEDIARY IN THE FORM OF AN ONLINE MARKETPLACE AND IS LIMITED TO MANAGING THE WEBSITE TO ENABLE SELLER TO EXHIBIT, ADVERTISE, DISPLAY, MAKE AVAILABLE AND OFFER TO SELL THE PRODUCTS AND TO ENABLE BUYER TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS SO OFFERED, AND OTHER INCIDENTAL SERVICES TO FACILITATE THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BUYERS AND THE SELLERS. ACCORDINGLY, THE CONTRACT FOR SALE OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE A BIPARTITE CONTRACT BETWEEN BUYER AND THE SELLER. THE TITLE IN THE PRODUCTS AND OTHER RIGHTS AND INTEREST IN THE PRODUCTS SHALL DIRECTLY PASS TO THE SELLER FROM THE BUYER.

Becoming a seller is free.:
The products on SeeMyMarriage Store are owned by the sellers, not by us. We provide a platform; we do not take ownership of the products.
Becoming an seller and showcasing your products on the SeeMyMarriage Store is free but there is a review process before your products are published on store.
Information that SMM asks while register:
We ask below basic information while registering as a seller on our website. Such as seller name, email, phone, minimum products with prices, etc. While you submitting the form you must accept our terms & conditions.
Information or Content We Collect:
After you registered as our seller, you can upload/submit categorized products. If we like any products that you displayed on your website, blog, YouTube, Facebook, etc. we will add as products under your seller profile. We do not accept any copied content/products. If any other seller/legalized person report about your content/products, we may remove it after verification.
Process to become a seller::
There are easy steps you follow to sign up as an seller. Here you’ll find information that will help you get started. You’ll also find information about payment, submission requirements and other important information about being an seller in our seller terms section below.
Seller Terms (T & C)::
We ask that as a seller you always abide by the following rules:
- The items you upload for sale must be your own creation. Do not submit works based on tutorials or other people’s designs.
- All items to be delivered to customer will be delivered through SeeMyMarriage Store after review.
- We are not responsible if we any person/company report on any copied product that you upload.
- You must have the rights to license the products you upload, either because they are your own original content, or because you have a license that grants you permission to resell any third-party assets included with your item.
- If you believe that anyone on any of the SeeMyMarriage sites has copied one of your products or is otherwise infringing upon intellectual property rights, please report this behaviour to Help Team.
- Do not upload products that contain explicit profanity, nudity or extreme violence.
- Everything uploaded to SeeMyMarriage store should be appropriate for commercial sale.
- You, as an seller, agree to deliver by the delivery timeline given on the product page of your product..
- The total product cost put up on the store will be Item Cost (given by seller) + 25 % of the item cost (seller fee).
- 25% of the item cost i.e. seller fee, will be payable to SeeMyMarriage Store as charges for showcasing your products on our store.
E Cards Specific Delivery Terms:
Every item that you render and deliver to SeeMyMarriage Store will be appended with SeeMyMarriage logo with dimensions 150 x 50 px before delivering it to the end customer. The customer is given 2 revisions for every product he buys on the store.
Fees and Services:
Membership on the Website is free. SeeMyMarriage.com does not charge any fee for adding products on the Website. However, we stand for quality and customer support, therefore only the best sellers make it to sell on our website. Before you apply as a seller, We request You to review our Fees and Credit Policy below. SeeMyMarriage.com reserves the right to change its Service Fee and Credit policies from time to time at its sole discretion including without limitation right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Any modifications to the Fee and Credit policies shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall become effective immediately. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in USD. Taxes: You are responsible for paying all fees and You agree to bear all and any applicable taxes, charges, cesses etc. levied thereon.
Payment Terms:
We will pay you the item price component of the total price less the seller fee. In order for us to do this, you sellerise us to collect payments, to credit your SeeMyMarriage Store account with your earnings. Your earnings from the sale of your products will be payable to you on a weekly / fortnightly basis, to your PayPal / Net Banking account.
Thresholds: We’ll make payments of your earnings based on certain minimum threshold amounts.
SeeMyMarriage.com uses third party payment providers to receive payments from the Buyers on Seller’s behalf. SeeMyMarriage.com is not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of orders due to payment issues. SeeMyMarriage.com takes utmost care to work with 3rd party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology and work flows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers. Further, SeeMyMarriage.com does not release the payment to Sellers until the order has been received by the Buyers and they are satisfied with it. SeeMyMarriage.com shall only make payments to the Sellers subject to realization of payment received from the Buyer to SeeMyMarriage.com. The Seller payment is typically net of the service fee charged by SeeMyMarriage.com for its services and after deduction of applicable withholding taxes (if any).
When a refund does not need to be given:
These Refund Rules provide a transparent approach to refunds, giving both you and your buyers a great platform experience and a “fair go”.
As the creator and owner of your products, you as an author are responsible to people who buy them. These rules are based on consumer laws that we think are the best “baseline” to apply to transactions that happen on SeeMyMarriage Store. Please be aware that in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds and we think it would be a good idea for you to familiarize yourself with any other applicable laws where you are located and where a buyer is located.
Here are the situations in which we expect you to give a refund on your item and related services if requested by the buyer.
Product is “not as described”
An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview so be sure to “tell it like it is” when it comes to the features and functionality of your products. If it turns out the item is “not as described” you are obligated to refund buyers of that item.
Product doesn’t work the way it should
If an item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed you are obligated to refund buyers of the item. This includes situations where your item has a problem that would have stopped a buyer from buying it if they’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then you should do so promptly by updating your item otherwise you are obligated to refund buyers of that item.
Product has a security vulnerability
If an item contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed you are obligated to refund buyers of the item. If the item can be fixed, then you should do so promptly by updating your item. If your item contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then you are obligated to refund buyers of that item.
When a refund does not need to be given:
If your item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- they don’t want it after the video has been delivered.
- the item did not meet the their expectations;
- they simply changed their mind;
- they bought an item by mistake;
- they ask for goodwill;
Resolving disputes:
If you and your buyer can’t come to an agreement about a refund, SeeMyMarriage will investigate the matter and try to resolve the issue. We will make a decision based on all available information and if we decide to issue a refund we will process the refund on your behalf (the cost of which may be shared with you).
Even though you must still follow these rules as a baseline standard, if a buyer requests a refund, you as the creator and owner of the item can decide to grant a refund independent of these rules.
Selling/Advertising:
As a registered member, You may list item/s for sale/advertising on the Website in accordance with the Listing Policies more fully detailed at SeeMyMarriage Rules and Policies section which Policy is incorporated by way of reference in this Agreement. You represent that You are legally allowed to sell/advertise the item(s) You list for sale/advertising on SeeMyMarriage. You further agree to ensure that the products sold/advertised by You through SeeMyMarriage are genuine and are not counterfeit or stolen items. You further agree to ensure that the items/products listed by You on SeeMyMarriage do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of any third parties.
You acknowledge and understand that “Listings” may include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe Your item for sale. You shall be deemed to be infringing the intellectual property rights of a third party if You are (i) affixing a registered trademark (or an identical or similar trademark likely to confuse the public to have an association with the registered trademark) of such third party to Your goods or its packaging; (ii) offering or putting for sale or stocking the goods under the said trademark; or (iii) using the said trademark in advertising Your product.
You acknowledge that if any genuine claim is received by SeeMyMarriage from any person through the Report Abuse section of SeeMyMarriage (terms of which are incorporated herein by reference), SeeMyMarriage may in its sole discretion block Your merchant/user account and/or remove the products listed by You on SeeMyMarriage, without any prior notice to You. SeeMyMarriage would however provide You a post facto intimation regarding the same. You agree that You shall have no claim whatsoever against SeeMyMarriage in this regard and the decision of SeeMyMarriage, as aforesaid shall be binding on You.
You further agree to ensure that the listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Website. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfillment of sales. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, You agree to replace the product delivered to the Buyer with the correct product and/or refund any amounts that You may have received from the Buyer within 10 days of receipt of intimation from us in this regard. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Website. SeeMyMarriage reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by You in various categories.
