If you submitted a video using the automation platform (free/paid), you can track the status of the video/desgin here. Options for watermark removal will also be available. Please Enter Jobid or Email that you have used when creating the video, ecard, gif job.

Please Note:
• If you place an order for watermark removal the quality will be much higher / much better resolution.
• If the design has small errors like streched pictures, incorrect dates, then use the watermark removal with fix an error option. The errors will be rectified and sent.
